Junior Accountant

Remote - Based in Germany

Part-time | 15 to 20 hrs/week (flexible schedule)

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to keep things organized, collaborate with our tax consultant to provide everything they need, create and pay invoices, and prepare financial reports. You will work closely with our founders, allowing you to take ownership of your tasks and empowering your growth.

What you'll do

You will be working on different tasks and problems across the company, helping with small tasks like accounting support, to bigger things like helping tackle some key company OKRs

Financial support: prepare invoices and receipts for accounting, follow up with client’s invoices and prepare reports.
Track founders and company’s KPIs and OKRs
Organize Refokus’ calendar to schedule internal events, 1:1s, and company events.
Come up with ideas to keep our people happy, motivated, and having fun while boosting productivity and retention.

You are native German speaker
You are quite good with English
German Register Student (this is a Werkstudent position)
